I love having fun. And here's a few fun facts about me.

Friends and Family:
My family and friends are so important and I love spending time with them. We even travel together as a group to some amazing places, including Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, England, The Bahamas, just to name a few. They are my muse and greatest support.

Reading:
I'm a passionate reader, gobbling up books in just a few days. My favorite authors are Stephen King (#1 fave), Alice Sebold, Dennis Lehane, Mary Karr, Katheryn Stockett, Jonathan Maberry, to name a few. I especially enjoy the heart-stopping nail biters. My "wish list" grows longer every day and book group keep me hopping.
 
Photography:
Capturing a moment in time is another of my passions. I carry my camera everywhere I go, always on the lookout for that next great image. Hiking in the woods, walking around town, people watching, odd-shaped objects…they are all fair game as the subject of my next masterpiece.

Knitting:
I've always appreciated handcrafted items. Knitting for my favorite local charities, mostly children's organizations and the outreach ministry through my church, is a great way to give back. View some of my hand knit items here.

Food:
Yup! I love food, and most varieties. My personal favorites are spicy, sour, sweet and vinegary—not all at the same time, of course. As for dessert, I'll pick apple crisp, apple pie or any variety of apple-something over the gooiest chocolate dessert every time. Though chocolate does takes a very close second.
